Greetings,

My apologies for posting in English.
I've been running Improbox on a couple of different Toprield models, a TF5000PVRt and a TF6000PVR and I now have a TF5710PVRt HDMI (local version for Sweden, I believe).

On this Topfield, when Improbox starts it locks up the Toppy for about 2 minutes, during which time the video and audio is fine, but the Toppy does not respond to remote commands.

Then, when finally the Improbox registration window comes up (I'm still waiting for a new registration key after the switch to the TF5710), the Toppy becomes responsive again and Improbox appears to work fine.

Is this something that has to do with the fact that Improbox is not registered (yet) or is it an incompatibility with the TF5710?

any suggestions appreciated.

Hi!

Start your Topfield and hold down the "0" Key to prevent all TAPs from starting, copy the improbox.ini to your PC, change the line LastTimerlist=xxx into LastTimerlist=-1 and copy it back to the Topfield. Restart your Topfield. ImproBox should start now much faster.

Thanks, that worked fine. Finally I can use Improbox again.

kann man das auch als 5500er User machen um den Startvorgang zu beschleunigen oder hat das irgendwelche Nebenwirkungen?

Hi!

Das wird bei Dir nicht viel ändern, ImproBox braucht nicht sonderlich lange zu Start. Im konkreten Fall werden im Speicher keine Timer gefunden, daher verzögert sich der Start.
