Hallo,
I tried install program Standby TAP 1.8 to TF5400PVR (file Standby.tap). But this program is not functional... In the "Readme" file is reference to Standby.ini. Need I use any file Standyby.ini file?

Hi Yaro,

welcome in this board. I'm not sure if STANDBY works with your receiver type. With 5500 it's ok.
After starting this TAP you need the TSRCommander TAP to access to the menu of the Standby TAP. There you can modify the time settings according to your requirements (If I remember correctly the presetting is 2 hours.) . STANDBY saves this settings in the standby.ini in binary format (not readable).
After all recordings or after the last use of the remote the PVR will shut-down.

Goood luck,

Thank you. I have "bad" Topi model :-(... There it is impossible starting Standby TAP.

Standby in recorder has maximum value only 120 min... it is realy too little. When I redording programme to HD and view other programme, I can not disconnect recorder unlike by using standby...

Generally, you have two possibilities for Toppi shut-down during recordings:
1st) you press the red standby button on the remote, a message will appear something like
do you really want to shutdown YES or NO
. Don't choose one of these options simply make no action.
2nd) you can start STANDBY tap (I have set it to 10 min only) and the Toppi will shutdown 10 min after the end of the record. The long time of 120 min is only needed if you sleep during watching TV.

STANDBY starts its countdown every time new if you press a button on your remote.
