TF7700HCCI - Es verschwindet der Laut

Bei der Durchsicht einiger Programme verschwindet der Laut. Behandelte an den Operator, haben dass das Problem mit receiver gesagt. Auf Humax PR-HD1000C und Kaon KCF-S700HD gibt es kein solches Problem. Früher benutzte TechniSat DIGIT MF-4K, die Probleme mit dem Laut waren nicht.

I’m from Lithuania, live in Vilnius. When I’m watching some SD programs, the sound is like breaking for a second. Sometimes with the sound the view is breaking too. I’ve tested with the Humax PR-HD1000C and Kaon KCF-S700HD and there were no problems like that, the sound goes smoothly. The Cable operator says that the problem is Hardware or firmware. I’ve updated Firmware to the TF-HCCE 7.01.04 version, but it doesn’t work.
The second problem –it doesn’t have Lithuanian language support. In EPG I don’t see the text, I see the time of the programs, but not the text.
We don’t have Topfield service center in Lithuania, don’t know where to apply. Always thought, that Topfield is one of the best, but I’ve been disappointed. If it will not be possible to solve a problem, I will have to buy Humax or Kaon.

Klingt danach als hätte man einen Text durch ein Übersetzungstool gejagt.
Ich vermute er hat ein Problem mit dem Ton.

Das hab ich auch schon gesehn. Aber vielleicht ist er dennoch des englischen mächtig.
Eventuell wäre das Problem denn besser verständlich.

Can you send us the parameters of the TV Stations (Symbolrate, Modulation, Frequence). Maybe there are so exotic, that thee is realy an problem.

Because the EPG Problem. I think, you can use the Support Form.so that Topfield Europe will inform about this problem. Maybe Topfield Korea can fix it. But I think that TOPFIELD needs an complete Transponder Record with all Streams in it to fix it. And, if an Stream from Sat is enought I don't know.

Frequence: 306 MHz,314 MHz,322 MHz etc...
Modulation: 64 QAM and 128 QAM

How can I make Transponder record with all Streams? Maybe only Cable Operator can do this?

Have you touble on all Channels or only on this one with the Modulation of QAM128 because you are the first person I read with channels and this modulation.

You can't make an Transponder Record. For the TF5200PVRc exists an special firmware with this feature. But the Filesize is very big. So please contact TOPFIELD directly with the contact formular.

Manchmal setzt gleichzeitig auch das Bild aus.
